Care360 is a SaaS platform for adult social care providers and supported living organisations. It holds the operational record of a service in one place: who worked, what happened, what was noticed and what was done about it.

What it is

Adult social care runs on documentation. A supported living service records what happened on every shift, who administered what, what changed in someone's health, what was agreed in a professional meeting, and what risks are being managed. In many services that record is still spread across paper files, a rota spreadsheet, a WhatsApp group and someone's memory of a handover.

Care360 replaces that spread with a single operational system. Staff record against the person they are supporting, at the time it happens, on whatever device is to hand. Managers get the state of the service without having to reconstruct it from six sources.

The platform is built for the reality of the work: intermittent connectivity, shift changes mid-entry, staff who are not desk-based, and an evidence trail that has to hold up when someone asks for it months later.

A shift, as Care360 records it

A shift, as Care360 records it
  1. Shift begins

The rota decides who is on, and every record made from here is tied to that shift.

  2. Handover received

Structured context from the previous shift, rather than a verbal summary that is gone by lunchtime.

  3. Notes as work happens

Daily notes and physical health observations recorded against the person, at the time.

  4. Medication documented

Medication-related records held with the person's record and the shift that produced them.

  5. Incident recorded

Captured with its context and follow-up, not filed away somewhere separate.

  6. Handed over, reviewed

The manager sees the state of the service without reconstructing it from six places.
