We build and operate the software behind real industries.
RB Stackworks is a UK technology company. We look for operational problems inside industries that still run on paper, spreadsheets and goodwill, then design, build, own and run the platforms that replace them.

What we own and operate
All venturesTwo ventures today, in deliberately different industries. Both are ours, built, run and supported by the same team, on the same foundation.
What we do
The same capabilities are applied across every venture. Running the products ourselves is what keeps them honest.
How we build
We use a small, current stack and we use it everywhere. Shared infrastructure means a decision made once about how environments are separated, how secrets are handled or how a deployment is rolled back applies to every product we run, rather than being relitigated per project.
Care360 holds sensitive information about vulnerable people. That sets the standard for how we treat data everywhere: least privilege by default, encryption in transit and at rest, access that can be accounted for, and an audit trail that still makes sense months later.
We prefer boring, well-understood technology and we prefer owning the problem end to end. It is harder to argue with software you have to support yourself on a Sunday.
Why RB Stackworks exists
Plenty of industries are held together by spreadsheets, group chats and the memory of whoever has been there longest. That is not a failure of the people doing the work. It is a gap in the tools they were given.
RB Stackworks exists to close that gap commercially: to build the software, own it, operate it, and stay accountable for it. We are not a consultancy renting out engineers, and we are not a holding company collecting unrelated businesses. We make products and we run them.
